My name is Katja.

Katja is a pet form of Katherine which originates from the greek name Aikaterine.
My name has many different meanings, like:

"katharos" meaning "pure/purity of emotion" ;greek
each of the two, singly ;greek again
(comes from the goddess Hecate)

Katja is mostly used in Europe, in the countries of Germany, Neatherlands, Sweden, Norway, Finland...
